The Lubeznik Center for the Arts announces the last event for the first Friday, 2021 on December 3.


The Lubeznik Center for the Arts (LCA) is delighted to announce its last event of the First Friday of 2021 on December 3, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Center). Enjoy the Fall / Winter Nature Now exhibit, shop at the Holiday Craft Market, and grab a snack while enjoying the holiday cheer!

LCA is proud to showcase the talents of the Krueger Middle School 7/8 Choir led by Principal Shirley Allen at 5:45 p.m. (center) as part of the First Friday celebration. The choir will present a variety of holiday music – don’t miss it!

A special exhibition of clothing art by Rita Cochran will also be presented. Rita’s wearable art collection is made from recycled materials and includes dresses, skirts, vests and accessories for women. In addition, she creates sweaters, hats and ponchos for children. Rita also makes unique cashmere pillows, tote bags, handbags and stuffed toys.

This wonderful collection of wearable art and accessories is created from upcycled and recycled fabrics and makes colorful, unique and whimsical gifts! Come buy this special selection of clothing art from Rita Cochran on Friday December 3rd only!

The Holiday Craft Market, showcasing crafts and artwork from a variety of artists, will run until January 9, 2022.

The Fall / Winter Nature Now exhibition will be on display until February 25, 2022.
