UFC color commentator Joe Rogan is a man of many talents. As such, the podcast host has been on many television programs in the past. Hardball, News Radioand fear factor are a few shows the 54-year-old has been on.
The 1994 baseball sitcom Hardball was Rogan’s first televised concert. The comedian played ‘Frank Valente’ on the show. The show aired during the 1994–95 Major League Baseball strike. Hardball was later canceled in 1995.

The comedian’s second television acting job came in mid-’90s slapstick comedy news radio. The show revolved around hilarious interactions between the staff of fictional news radio station No. 2.
Rogan played super cool ‘Joe Garrelli’ on the show. news radio aired for a total of five seasons from 1994 to 1999. Rogan was involved throughout all five seasons and portrayed Garrelli in 96 episodes.

The UFC stalwart also hosted the wildly popular game show fear factor from 2001-2006. The show was revived in 2011 but was canceled after just one season. Rogan hosted a total of 150 episodes of the show.
Apart from these shows, Rogan also made cameo appearances in late 90s comedy Just shoot me! and hit the HBO show Silicon Valley.

Joe Rogan’s movie appearances
Besides being a successful comic book and podcast host, Joe Rogan has also starred in several feature films. It’s a very merry Muppet Christmas movie, Venus & Vegas, The Zookeeper and Here Comes the Boom are some of Rogan’s movie gigs.
2002 musical It’s a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie was Rogan’s first big screen job. Rogan played himself in the film.
Her second film gig came in 2010 on the action comedy Venus and Vegas. Rogan played a character called “Richie” in the film. The star of Kevin James in 2011 Zoo keeper also featured the comedian as the brash bully ‘Gale’.

The UFC commentator was also featured in another featured Kevin James, Here comes the boom. Rogan has portrayed himself in comedy MMA. The film also stars former UFC heavyweight champion Bas Rutten.
